Marking another milestone on the road to ending cannabis prohibition in the Netherlands, a sizeable majority of Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte’s VVD party have voted to support what they’re calling “smart regulation” of cannabis.

In a test starting 2018, therapeutic marijuana will be legal in Denmark for 1,500 patients suffering from chronic diseases. 

Cannabis should be legalised to bring Britain up to speed with a growing number of Western countries and end the “embarrassment” of domestic drugs policy, a cross-party group of MPs have said.

Yaakov Litzman voiced his support for cannabis exports, if the profits go directly to the Ministry of Health.

While humans have been consuming cannabis for thousands of years, it has historically been smoked through a pipe, hookah, or chillum.
