The bill would only take effect if adult-use cannabis is legalized by voters later in 2024. Florida Representative Ralph Massullo introduced House Bill 1269 on Jan. 5, which received its first reading on Jan. 9. If passed, the bill would implement limitations on potency in cannabis products
