New York State Recalls Multiple Cannabis Products
ALBANY, N.Y. [WBNG] -- The New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) has announced a statewide recalls of several cannabis products produced by IndoGrow LLC. The recalls come after additional testing revealed the presence of unauthorized pesticides, raising concerns about potential public health risks.
These products were distributed and sold legally through licensed cannabis dispensaries across New York State. Initially, they were quarantined due to questions surrounding the reliability of testing results from a previously permitted laboratory. To ensure consumer safety, OCM ordered re-testing through a separate authorized lab. Unfortunately, nine product lots failed the new tests.
