On Jan. 10, the 85th Texas Legislature got underway and the state's approach to marijuana will be one of the most-discussed issues.
Pot was a big topic during the 2015 session too, when lawmakers passed Senate Bill 339, the Compassionate Use Act, which allows epilepsy patients to treat their symptoms with CBD oil.
