A group of supporters wants you to weigh in this Election Day, whether the green stuff should be legalized for people over 21 to enjoy for pleasure, to grow and distribute.
It's a smoking debate, should getting high in North Dakota be legal?
"I believe it should be legalized, and we should tax it like any other drug like alcohol and cigarettes which are currently legal to sell, and I think it would help a lot of the state's financial issues,” commented Richard Ellis.
