NORMAL, Ill. -- A budding resource for people with certain ailments provides relief, but it's a headache for some employers.



The Illinois Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act is the root of confusion. That's the law Former Governor Pat Quinn signed in 2013, and it went into effect a year later, but medical marijuana wasn't legally available until last month.

Now, employers want to know their rights if an employee is using medical marijuana.
