Pennsylvania to release draft rules for marijuana dispensaries – Cannabis News

HARRISBURG – State officials plan to release draft rules for marijuana dispensaries today, as Pennsylvania remains on track to have its medical marijuana program up and running by 2018.

The draft regulations will lay out the rules for security, transportation and storage of marijuana and staffing, among a long list of other requirements.
