The Mississippi Secretary of State set Nov. 3 as the date voters will decide on medical marijuana.

Delbert Hosemann sent the notification to the Mississippi Legislature Tuesday notifying lawmakers the measure would be added to the ballot.

The proposed measure includes 22 conditions people could consult a physician and have marijuana prescribed as a treatment.
