Just over a year ago, British actor Sir Patrick Stewart publicly discussed his use of medical cannabis for the very first time.

"I believe,” Stewart said, "this programme of research might result in benefits for people like myself as well as millions of others.”

True to his word, Sir Patrick is adding his star power to a good cause.
