Elizabeth Warren has signed on to a letter asking the U.S. Department of Justice and the Drug Enforcement Administration for an update on the agencies' decision about whether they plan to change marijuana's classification at the federal level. Marijuana is currently classified as a "Schedule I" drug under the Controlled Substances Act.
