Canada: Smoke on the water, cannabis cruise to sail out of Windsor, Ontario, across from Detroit - Cannabis News
It's the first of its kind in Windsor. A cannabis cruise, set to sail along the Detroit River.
Windsor River Cruises and Border City Entertainment are holding their first annual cannabis cruise.
The three-hour event requires attendees to B.Y.O.C. (bring your own cannabis) and must be 19 or older.
"It was supposed to be — you know — a big party a big celebration of the legalization," said Jessilin Deschamps — the promotional manager for Windsor River Cruises.
