Starting July 1, people with Alzheimer’s disease can register for medical marijuana in Minnesota. And once registered, they’ll be able to obtain medical cannabis from the state’s two manufacturers beginning August 1.

There’s a lot of conflicting information out there about treating pets with cannabidiol (CBD) oil.

Oklahoma voters approved a medical marijuana measure in June of last year, and the industry has taken off quickly.

The quest for new antibiotics has led researchers to a surprising candidate: the marijuana compound CBD.

"Now we believe medical cannabis is an additional treatment that may benefit these patients effectively and with a relatively few side effects in prolonged treatment."

A new survey of more than 1,000 arthritis patients found that 57% of those questioned had tried cannabis for their symptoms, and more than 90% said it helped ease their pain.
