While the debate over New Jersey marijuana legalization has largely become a question of "will they or won't they," law enforcement officials are preparing for the most likely scenario. What if "they" don't legalize weed ... but a neighboring state does?

What will be the legal fallout from the vaping health crisis?

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) wants 3,200,000 grams of marijuana to be legally grown in the U.S. next year, the agency announced in a notice set to be published on Thursday.

Sniff and search is no longer the default for police in some of the 33 states that have legalized marijuana.

Differences in state and federal laws have led to confusion for some travelers.
