There’s a new kind of cannabis consumer in town, and she cares about “quality and consistency as much as the cannabis effect,” said Karlee Eichenberger of Serra Modern Druggist.

The Portland, Ore.-based startup is committed to creating high-end chocolate edibles, with an exclusive partnership with bean-to-bar chocolate maker Woodblock Chocolate, a full-time chocolatier on staff, and big plans for expansion.
