Enedina Stanger and her husband recently moved with their girls to Colorado, where marijuana is legal, rather than risk possible arrest and losing custody of their children.

Raymond Schwab, an honorably discharged veteran, moved to Colorado last year to get treated for post-traumatic stress and chronic pain with medical marijuana. He didn't expect Kansas would take his children in return.

NASHVILLE, Tenn.  (WKRN) – Supporters of legal marijuana hope to spur action on an issue they say has broad support in Tennessee.

Taboos about drugs are lying shattered across the U.S., like broken debris after a party. But even as some states have begun to decriminalize or legalize marijuana, there is an argument that is making some Americans hesitate.
