The United States’ first African American U.S. Surgeon General, Joycelyn Elders, will address the legal marijuana industry she helped create in San Francisco next month.

Former U.S. Surgeon General Elders headlines the International Cannabis Business Conference on Feb. 13 and 14 in downtown San Francisco, promoters announced today.
